OUR AMBASSADORS

From gravel to tri to road, our Ambassadors are a group of athletes that inspire us every day and embody all the best parts of what it means to ride a bicycle.

Caroline Dezendorf

Caroline is never one to shy away from a challenge, balancing a career in science education with elite gravel and mountain bike racing. Caroline feels at home on the race course earning podium finishes in some of the world's premier gravel, mountain bike, and cyclocross races. But her true passion is in supporting others to pursue their passions. Caroline coaches her local NICA mountain bike team and is involved in initiatives to get more girls on bikes.

Fred Van Lierde

Frederik has been riding Cervelo since 2008. He won the Ironman World Championship in 2013 and 5 Ironman Nice titles in his career. He’s jumped to the other side of things practicing ‘active listening’ as a Triathlon Coach and Assistant Physical Training Instructor.

LISA BENTLEY

In the course of her career, Lisa has won 11 IRONMAN races, 11 IRONMAN 70.3 races, several top 5 finishes at the IRONMAN World Championships, represented Canada on multiple National Teams and at the Pan American Games and was ranked top 5 in the world.

MARCUS ROBINSON

Marcus Robinson, aka Big Ring–the nickname given to him by cycling royalty, Davis Phinney–is a lifelong cyclist who continues to smile each time he gets on his bike. Living in Colorado, he's got access to some of the most beautiful gravel and roads in the country. His competitive spirit has not dimmed but with gravel he's found his happy place. In his downtime post Covid, he co-founded Ride for Racial Justice–a non-profit dedicated to building out the BIPOC community in cycling with a simple mindset: BIKES EQUAL FREEDOM. And when he is tired he retreats to his second love being a BBQ Pitmaster.

MATTHIAS SCHINDLER

Matthias is TT World Champion Paracycling and Olympic bronze medallist in Tokyo 2020. With his story he is an inspiration and empowers to get into the saddle even when it is a challenge.

MATT LIETO

Matt Lieto took the long road to be at the top of the gravel scene, losing 85 lbs in his 20’s, then racing triathlon professionally in his 30’s, and now pushing around the youngsters in his…well, never mind. Matt’s joy for exploration has had him riding gravel for decades, and now he uses that experience, and his old man strength to find new challenges to keep things spicy.

MAX RIESE

Max is our Ultracycling expert. Coming originally from road racing you can find Max now in the front pack of popular races alike Transcontintal, Silk Road and Atlas Mountainrace. The more climbs the better for Max.
