No. 1 in Kona again!
In fact, Cervélo outnumbered the runner-up nearly two-to-one. To put it another way, the No. 2 and No. 3 brands combined still fell short of Cervélo’s 487 total.
This kind of customer loyalty reflects the resources that Cervélo pours into the MyCervélo Lounge in the Kona Athletes Village. The complimentary MyCervélo VIP Service, for instance, employed a team of pro mechanics to service bikes belonging to 161 MyCervélo athletes, and even helped several non-Cervélo riders who were in a jam.
Cervélo athlete Lisa Bentley, who earned 11 Ironman titles over her 20-year pro career, also drew a crowd as she signed copies of her book "An Unlikely Champion," in which she reveals how to achieve success in any endeavor.
“We are deeply honoured that so many MyCervélo athletes chose us to be a small part of their Ironman journey,” says Lesley Loughlin, Cervélo’s Marketing Manager, Triathlon. “This is what drives us to raise the bar in everything we do, and being the No. 1 brand on the Kona Pier for the 14th straight year only strengthens our resolve and our passion for the sport of triathlon.”
