Soloist

Black Magic Cloud Break Maldive

Your ride. Your rules. Your bike.

The new Soloist is built for racers. Not the ones on TV. The ones riding through the sunrise before work. The ones gathered at the shop for the Tuesday night fast ride. The ones logging highway time to get to the start line. The ones who don’t just “trust the process,” they live the process. Soloist has always been a bike for the riders willing to take risks, to get into the break, and to make their own luck. Faster. Lighter. And race-ready right off the floor, at 6.86kg.

ONE PEACE OF MIND

The new Soloist features an advanced, one-piece bar/stem combination that makes both bike and rider faster. We make a number of stem length/bar width combinations to make sure all riders can get as close to their ideal fit as possible. Any rider that purchases a new Soloist will be able to swap the stock bar/stem for a different size at no extra charge.

Soloist FAQs

Every Cervélo is a complex, highly-engineered machine, designed to help make you faster. Below are some answers to questions that we frequently get from riders, but if your question isn't on the list, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

The Current Soloist boasts 8.6 watts of effiency gains across the whole system over the previous generation. These improvements can been credited to a deeper, narrower and hourglass shaped head tube, deeper fork legs, and a larger BB junction to Shield the rear wheel.

The current Soloist is 267 grams lighter as a system than the previous generation. The estimated complete-bike weight (minus bottles, cages, and pedals) is 6.86 kg, although final weight can vary by size, paint, and build.

The Soloist is built for riders who want a race-ready road bike with aerodynamic performance, low weight, and practical everyday usability. Current builds include carbon wheels, a power meter, and an integrated bar/stem.

Yes, it contributes to an additional 4.3 watts of aerodynamic savings compared with standard round bottles. The aero bottles are designed to stand upright for easier filling. The bottles and Cages were designed together as a system, however the cages can also accept standard round bottles.

Yes. The Soloist uses a one-piece carbon bar/stem, and Cervélo offers multiple stem-length and handlebar-width combinations. Eligible new-bike purchases can request a one-time bar/stem swap at no charge through the original Authorized Cervélo Dealer, generally within the first 60 days of ownership. Labor and installation-related parts may be the rider’s responsibility.
