Bubbly for Uttrup Ludwig, official team kits for you
The Cervélo Bigla Pro Cycling Team’s Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig tightened her hold on the UCI WorldTour youth classification by winning the white jersey at the Giro Rosa.
“I’m really proud and very happy,” the Danish Time Trial Champion and R5 rider said. “I want to dedicate the jersey to the team because it was definitely a team effort. We knew the last climb would make the difference, and they delivered me into a perfect position.”
The jersey win was part of a stirring comeback by Cervélo Bigla at the biggest race of the Women’s WorldTour season. After Lotta Lepistö punctured in the opening team time trial and Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio exited due to illness, Lepisto won Stage 6 and climbed the podium two more times. “I think the whole team is proud of how we turned things around,” Uttrup Ludwig added.
Now, Cervélo riders can share in the team’s pride by sporting Cervélo Bigla’s official team jersey and bibshort. The new apparel, which was updated by Endura to feature stylish red accents in 2016, is about more than eye-catching colours and graphics. The Scottish company also incorporates many innovative technologies: coldblack® heat reduction technology, a revolutionary pad fitting system co-developed with gebioMized, 3D laser-scanning to ensure the best possible fit, and sending athletes into a climate chamber to test cooling fabrics.
In short, the new kits let you show your Cervélo Bigla pride and perform even better on the bike. Ask your local Cervélo retailer about getting yours.
