As the season comes to a close with Ironman Hawaii in a few weeks, the number of races teamTBB will see is starting to dwindle. This weekend sees teamTBB only in France.

Danger Dan had a great summer of training with an unfortunate accident mid-summer when he crashed on his bike in Switzerland. But now Dan is back, healthy, and ready to rip it in a half ironman race this weekend. Dan has been working hard to recover from his crash and regain his amazing bike and run strength. This power will come in handy in the south of France when he races at Pays D'Aix. The course will be tough: very hilly with some significant climbs on the bike. In addition, the weather could be very warm and add another challenge for the athletes. The field is very strong, and Dan will be challenged well. Dan hopes to have a solid race on his road to recovery. I hope that he surprises himself and the rest of the field by showing that he is back and faster than ever.
