Bike setup for Paris-Roubaix ready

April 09, 2010 - Filed under: TestTeam
With this weekend's Paris-Roubaix classic, the cobblestone test season for Cervélo TestTeam will draw to a close. Since the first Test Days at the end of February, the team have tried out new products for eight Partners, from Castelli's new rain jackets to eyewear prototypes and from the latest Vittoria tires to 3T's all-new Dorico and Palladio seatposts. The team will be able to take advantage of all of this testing on Sunday on the worst roads pro cyclists ever encounter.

The mainstay of their equipment is the Cervélo R3 frame. As always, Cervélo provides its riders with stock frames featuring standard geometry and carbon lay-ups identical to what the consumer can buy at its retailers. The only exception for Paris-Roubaix is the 1cm-longer chainstays to allow for more mud clearance. "Since the R-series was introduced, Cervélo has reached the podium of Paris-Roubaix every year, including two victories for the R3 and a dramatic third place finish for Thor Hushovd on the RS last year - despite a hand injury," explained Gerard Vroomen, Co-founder of Cervélo.

i am using a windows 7 laptop.i have dvd shrink 3.2, dvd decrypter and nero8 on my comp.

the non protected dvds i burn with nero8 and they play well on my dvd. but i burn the right protected using dvd shrink and decrypter. first i use the decrypter and i make a image of it. then using shrink and nero8(only in the background) i encode it. then it automatcally gets to a stage where it say lead-in and then lesd out. after that when the burning process is over i am able to play the dvd on my laptop but not on my otherwise dvd player.

i use writex 4.7 gb discs.

please help.

"Depending on the weather, riders may also sport the new Gabba aero rain jacket, named after TestTeam rider Gabriel Rasch who came up with the concept last year during the Cervelo TestTeam's first test season."

Haha, so cool! :-)
