MarkAllenOnline was started in 2001 by Mark Allen and Luis Vargas. Mark is a six-time Hawaii Ironman Triathlon World Champion. He has coached other triathletes since 1994 and is arguably the most successful all around triathlon coach in the sport, helping both pros and age group athletes reach the podium in world-class events around the world. Luis Vargas is also extremely experienced in the sport, competing in and finishing the Ironman in Kona seven times, with a personal best of 9:34.
