Professional since 2002, Tom Danielson has been a member of Garmin-Sharp-Barracuda since 2008. He has placed as high as 8th at the Tour de France and 6th at the Vuelta Espana with victories in the Tour de Georgia and Tour of Austria. Danielson also holds records in many of the toughest hill climbs in the USA. His latest results include an impressive victory in stage 3 of the 2012 USA Pro Challenge.
His achievements extend beyond the road, with Danielson helping to create the Fort Lewis College Cycling Scholarship fund to assist young collegiate cyclists. In November of 2006, he established the Tom Danielson Junior Race Series and Camps to provide support, encouragement, and skills development to junior racers in a competitive environment.
