As a development squad, teamTBB assists many young novice athletes who might not otherwise have the opportunity to become professional triathletes. teamTBB engages in global social development projects to ensure that youth around the world can participate in multi-sport. teamTBB achieves this goal through a wide variety of activities ranging from talent identification, training programs, camps and other social development projects. It provides a platform to connect people to the bike lifestyle through community events, and provides inspiration through world-class coaching and role models. teamTBB also offers expertise on a variety of technical, social and sporting issues, and also facilitates care and support to the local communities of athletes and other team partners.
Every teamTBB triathlete is provided with a unique combination of physical, psychological and mechanical support. teamTBB's coaches and athletic support staff are experienced professionals who train dedicated and determined athletes who have turned their favorite sport into their profession. The multitude of podium spots earned by these amazing athletes is testament to the enormous success of this support program. It is this knowledge and expertise that we want to share with communities around the world.
