David Dellow is an Australian triathlete, part of an Iron power couple with girlfriend Caroline “Xena” Steffen, has a personal motto of “stop procrastinating.” Dellow certainly never procrastinates, having competed in more than 100 races. Dellow joined teamTBB in 2011, and won the 2012 Ironman Cairns, the 2012 Koh Samui Triathlon and placed fifth in the 2012 Ironman Melbourne. Known for his loud laugh and his love of an Australian staple, the meat pie, the larrikin Aussie will next be hitting up Kona for the 2012 Ironman World Championship.
